Cycle led the design of this new 9-story, 29-unit mixed-income multifamily building in Brooklyn with ground floor community facilities. The project took advantage of the City’s inclusionary zoning regulations to increase the buildable floor area by 25%. Cycle employed a number of sustainable strategies on the building design including a high-performance air-tight building envelope, all electric MEP systems, high-performance heating and cooling, high-performance domestic hot water heating, LED lighting, low-flow plumbing fixtures, efficient electric appliances, and a PV solar array.
