Cycle is at the forefront of a retrofit initiative for a 43-unit condominium in Brooklyn that was originally completed in 2006. The project’s primary goal is to passively improve energy performance and resident comfort while also addressing critical structural issues. The scope of work includes exterior façade repairs, installation of a state-of-the-art insulated panelized recladding system, new high-performance windows, and installation of a new roof. The work will take place while the building remains fully occupied ensuring minimal disruption to its residents. This project was awarded funding from NYSERDA under the Low Carbon Pathways initiative.
