Working with a local developer, XO Projects, Cycle prepared a feasibility study for a new commercial/industrial development in Brooklyn.  The development would provide large scale commercial and industrial space to support the growing small business community in Brooklyn. 

The development plan included detailed floor area and pro-forma calculations, zoning analysis, and parking analysis, as well as initial facility programming and building code analysis.  The development plan enabled our client to make a compelling case for the development to interested stakeholders.
