Fort Hamilton

Working with a local developer, Cycle has designed an 18 story commercial and community facility tower.  The building makes use of commercial and community development rights from adjoining lots, and was designed to meet New York City Zoning resolution height and bulk requirements as-of-right. The building's panelized facade and setback terraces evokes New York's vernacular commercial architecture of years past, and its low, 4 story base fits into the neighborhood's low-rise context.
