Working with a local developer, Cycle Cities designed a 12,000 Square Foot mixed use community facility and commercial building on an infill site in Downtown Flushing.  The building is planned to be an environmentally high performing building and will take full  advantage of a generous solar exposure with a 10kW integrated photovoltaic array.  It will replace a vacant structurally damaged City-owned structure with a new building that will complement Flushing’s lively and vigorous commercial landscape.
