Elmcor

Cycle provided preliminary design and planning services for a proposed building for a local nonprofit developer. The 21,000 SF building will include 31 units of affordable residents for seniors, and a ground floor senior center. The project is funded by the Queens Borough President, and plans require approval by HPD and DFTA.
