Working with an international NGO, Cycle developed a framework for the organization’s facilities managers to identify, implement, lease, manage, and operate their properties.  The organization is present throughout the world in a wide variety of social and political situations, and within every conceivable climactic zone.  A checklist or rating system-type approach would not meet the requirements of the organization.  Instead, the framework developed by Cycle illustrates common best practices and suitable approaches for achieving environmental performance throughout the organization’s facilities.
